Personal Safety Rules for Operators Dealing With Lead
*Don't drop water onto melted lead. Melted lead will explode.
*Use latex gloves. On it wear high heat resistant special gloves.
*Use mask to avoid breathing vapoured lead.
*Cover your hair. You can use hut, bandana or similar.
*Avoid breathing over melting pot or melted lead on the mold.
*Cover your skin to avoid melted lead touches and burnes.
*Give blood every six month to check the lead level in your body.
Note: Melted lead evaporates 4 times more than water. The atmosphere pressure of lead is very high. Avoid breathing lead particules. Lead as hard metal is not poisonous.
