Leadshot Casting Unit (LS-CAST-7101): This casting unit consist of a special melting pot, 5 layer double molding, water tank and elevator. It has single and twin models. The production capacity for twin line is as below.

Leadshot Process Unit (LS-PROCESS-7102): All drying, election, graphite coating and sizing processes are done within this system. It is highly automatic and no need any operator. Even the elected defect shots are fed back to the melting pot automatically. It is the latest version of “Bleimeister” type of leadshot production machines. You get the final product after the whole process.
